Refund policy

RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Thank you for your recent purchase. Everie Couture has a 7-day return policy. Your order inquiry must be requested within 7 business days from when your package was delivered. If your inquiry is after 7 business days, unfortunately we will be unable to accept your return, no exceptions.

Disclaimer: please note that any items to be returned must have original tags, contain no stains, must be odor-less, and be in their original conditions. Current processing time for returns is 2-3 days.

Any item on sale are FINAL and may not be returned. This includes promotional sales (ex: Black Friday, Flash Sales and other big promotions). Any discounted items purchased during a promotion of 30% off or more are FINAL SALE. Additionally, any item listed on the non-refundable section is final and cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. 

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Bodysuits
  • Under garments
  • Shoes
  • Accessories
  • Jewelry 
  • Shipping Fees
  • White Items (please understand for the given matter this is final; our policy is in place to ensure proper hygienic protocol for all of our customers)

*Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To start a return/exchange:

 Contact us at cs@everiecouture.com. Please include your order number, name of item(s) you'd like to return, as well as the reason for requesting a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

The customer is responsible for shipping costs of all returns and/or exchanges. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive store credit. 

Please note we do not process exchanges. Exchanges will proceed in the same orderly manner as returns.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We highly encourage adding Route Shipping Protection to your orders.

Once an item is shipped, packages are in transit of USPS or UPS. For this reason, we do not cover any lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for any delays caused during shipping. In the event that your package is missing, please contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number so that they can assist you with your inquiry. Refunds or replacement packages will not be granted for any lost or stolen packages. Orders that have been submitted with incorrect delivery information and are returned will require re-shipment to be paid by customer

Route Shipping Protection

If you added Route Shipping Protection to your order and now are experiencing issues, please contact them (link will be in emails from shipping confirmation) to file a claim. Once submitted a Route representative will begin processing your claim and follow up with you via email.

International Orders

International orders usually take longer to ship depending on the location and shipping service you choose at checkout. International orders are subject to import tax, customs duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient once the package reaches the country of destination. 

Incorrect Address 

If you place an order with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at cs@everiecouture.com so that we may fix the mistake before we ship your order. 

Once your order ships with an incorrect address, you are responsible for shipping fees to redirect or resend packages to the correct address.
